13 years of school and im still not sure if its “grey” or “gray”

I wasn’t expecting actual results when I asked google if you could die from studying

one time a guy in my class just burst out in a rant about how some people turn the piece of paper on their desk while they write so it sits like this

and how that had to really just make things more difficult

and he couldn’t be convinced that for some people turning it like that just made writing on it easier

OK so I thought I would tell you something that I find interesting

In my high school we don’t have elections for class president and whatnot - well we do but only people who are on the grad committee vote.

What we do instead is when there is an election in Canada we vote as we would were we able to vote.

So the last time the entire school did this (and not just some select history and social studies classes) was when I was in grade nine.

So we all voted and awaited the results as our country also waited for its results.

In the end the results were actually hilarious when you compared them. Why? Because they were opposite. 

(For telling you the results I’m only going to say these parties: Conservative, Liberal, NDP and Green.)

In the real elections the results were:

Conservatives won 

Liberal for the opposition

NDP in third 

And Green (I’m not sure if they got a seat or if it was the more recent one where they did)

And my school wide election results were:

Green won

NDP would have been opposition had we chosen

Liberal came in third

and Conservatives did not get a seat. And to make this quite clear to you that means that not ONE KID voted for them. 

You know I really wish our school results were the real ones SIGH

I remember one day my art teacher told someone in my class

“you can look up naked women on google, it’s ok - we’re in art class”

because they looked all hesitantly at her when she told them to get a reference for their form sculpture which was a woman’s body. 

2 exams done one to go.

1 exam down 2 to go

now back to school tomorrow, then exams, and prom after that.

But you know - graduation is cool.
